PRIME-X- LIMITED cannot reverse crypto transfers sent to incorrect wallet addresses.

Fees associated with virtual card issuance, funding, or usage are non-refundable, except in cases of:

• Duplicate charges
• System errors
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)

Gift card purchases and sales are final once completed and cannot be refunded.

Approved refunds may take 3-10 business days depending on payment providers.
