Cancellation Policy

Users may request account closure by contacting customer support.

Before account closure:

• All pending transactions must be completed
• Any outstanding balances must be cleared

Users may cancel virtual cards through their account dashboard or by contacting support.

Unused balances may be withdrawn subject to applicable fees.

Certain digital services may be canceled before processing begins.

Once a transaction has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
